My Price Ranges
The question “How much is a website?” can only be answered once the details are in place and after both parties understand the scope of the project. The big thing to remember here is that a professionally designed website is an investment, not a cost. Sounds like a cheesy tagline I know but for many of our clients, the websites we build are the lifeblood of their business and can be yours too.
My website pricing generally falls into 3 ranges/starting points:
Small Site
Starting at $3,499
This is my starting point and generally covers your average or smaller brochure/information based websites (up to 5-10 pages) that may include a blog or basic plugins but don’t have too much complex functionality.
Medium Site
Starting at $4,499
This range includes portfolio or more customer engaging based sites that are generally 11-25 pages with some advanced functionality like blogging, project galleries, calendars, events, quote forms, etc.
Large Site
Starting at $6,999
This range includes larger sites (generally 30+ pages) that require more extensive design and development, functionality, template creations, training and e-commerce/online stores, membership or interactive customer solutions, etc.
I provide full website maintenance, security, and hosting services.
$125/month
I keep your website software updated, maintained, secured, cleaned, and running smooth and fast. I monitor and protect your website from spam, malware, and other evil internet forces. And your website is backed up in multiple locations and can be restored at any time.

I offer to take care of any quick website updates you might have (up to 1hr) every month! You’ll have the peace of mind knowing that your site is safe and that you have us in your corner for any quick updates or any issues you may have.
My Web Design Payment Schedule
You may be asking yourself,
“How much am I paying upfront?”
For most projects, we bill 30/30/30/10.
Your payment schedule is tied to your project’s milestones:
- 30% deposit upon contract acceptance
- 30% on approval of the front page and sub-page designs and layouts
- 30% on approval of the final website with final content
- 10% balance due when the website goes live
In fairness, larger projects may have more milestones or phases and the payment structure may be spread out more.
